Do you live too far away from school to walk or bike? You
can designate a starting point where families can meet and walk or bike to
school together, this is called a ‘walking school bus’. Another
way to participate in national walk and bike to school day is to walk at school
before or after classes, during lunch or recess, as part of a classroom
activity or any other time set aside by the school.
